Lumpia Recipe

Ingredients

Name QTY
Ground Pork 1/2 kilogram
Singkamas 1/2 (finely chopped)
Carrots 1/4 cups (finely Chopped)
Green Onions 1/4 Cup celerey (equiv to 2tbps)
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil 2 tsps
Lady's Choice Mayonnaise 3 tbps
Lumpia Wrappers 1 pack
Cooking Oil Enough to deep fry

Steps

  1. Combine ground pork, singkamas, carrots, green onions and celery in a medium bowl. Then, add oyster sauce, salt and pepper, sesame oil and 3 Tbsp of Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise; mix well.
  2. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each lumpia wrapper. Roll tightly. Seal ends of the wrapper with water.
  3. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve hot.
